Brian Whelan is an Executive Managing Director at RIPCO Real Estate, focusing on investment sales in New York City, with a special focus on Upper Manhattan and the Bronx. To date, he has successfully transacted over 50 deals for a total dollar volume in excess of $180 million. Born and raised in Ireland, Brian moved to New York in 2010 shortly after graduating from the National University of Ireland in Galway with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. Known as a tenacious self-starter, Brian is recognized as a talented dealmaker by his clients and prides himself on being a straight shooter with in-depth market knowledge garnered through years spent honing his craft. He is an effective communicator who has a reputation for running a transparent and highly visible marketing process that taps into the widest pool of active buyers in the market.

Mitchel brings a unique expertise and strong track record of success to the table. He currently spearheads Bronx Investment Sales at RIPCO, and did the same at B6 Real Estate Advisors previously. Mitchel began his career as a real estate appraiser before transitioning into brokerage at Lambert Smith Hampton, one of London's premier commercial real estate firms. His diverse background, spanning valuation, advisory, and brokerage, provides him with a comprehensive perspective that benefits investors and property owners alike. Passionate about the Bronx and its growth potential, Mitchel is actively engaged in the real estate community. He continues to solidify his dominance in The Bronx market, and establish his team as the go-to brokers for land development in the area and beyond.

Jonathan “Yoni” Auerbach joined the team as an Associate in January 2024. He began his real estate career at Meridian Capital Group's Retail Leasing division, handling properties all over Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Over time, he widened his market knowledge, which brought about his interest in Investment Sales. Jonathan takes pride in establishing solid relationships with his clients and his dedication is evident in his unwavering commitment to achieving their goals.

Prior to joining the team, Jake began his career as a retail leasing broker in 2019 at Zelnik & Company specializing in Manhattan & the Outer Boroughs. He then made the transition to sales and leasing for one of the biggest mall and shopping center landlords in the country, where he was responsible for 25+ properties across 13 states. Jake takes pride in fostering long-term relationships with clients by delivering tailored strategies and maintaining a commitment to transparency and integrity. Whether representing institutional investors, private equity firms, or individual property owners, Jake works diligently to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Luke Stone joined RIPCO Manhattan's Investment Sales Team as the Brokerage Operations Manager in December 2025. He brings a strong background in multifamily real estate operations, marketing, and client engagement. Prior to joining RIPCO, Luke managed leasing and resident relations at luxury properties in Stamford, CT, where he led pricing strategy execution, cross-team coordination, and high-impact marketing initiatives that supported occupancy growth and elevated the resident experience.
